Find A Domain Name
Use our search form to find the right domain name
to register for your company
website.
Tips:
- Before you purchase a Domain Name, you will want to use the
U.S.
Trademark Office website to search for Trademark Issues. If
you are unsure, check with your attorney before buying a domain
name that you may not be able to use.
- Before you purchase your Domain Name, check with your state's
listing of Corporations and LLC's to ensure that you are not infringing
on another company's "Corporate Identity". This can avoid creating
potential legal difficulties for your company in the future.
- When Buying your company domain name for a new national or Tampa
web design project, don't just purchase the .com domain name.
Purchase all lower level domain names as well. (.bz, .us, .org
etc.) This will help to prevent "cyber squatters," and discourage
new businesses in other states, from utilizing your company name
on the Internet. You may also wish to consider purchasing domain
name variations that closely match your company name. Again, this
is geared towards stopping cyber squatters and similar companies
from utilizing your company name and creating brand confusion.
- If planning to file a trademark, you will want to secure domain
names that contain the Trademark Phrase, or variations of the
Trademark Phrase, that you are attempting to protect. The cost
of attorney fees to eliminate such sites is reduced dramatically
by eliminating the availability of the domain names at the start.
